Star Therapy Massage

Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The therapist did not speak English, which made communication difficult, and she didn’t seem familiar with the massage services listed on her own menu. I requested a massage focused on my left arm and lower back, but she provided something completely different from what I asked for. I had prepaid $70 and also gave a $20 to tip, but the session felt unprofessional and was not what I expected or needed. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I've been going to Star Therapy for over a year now. Every time, I feel refreshed and rejuvenated after the massage. I've had a couple of different massage therapists. Jason is extremely good! I've had many great massages in my lifetime, but he tops them all. He's very professional and knows how to work out those knots without experiencing a lot of pain. The manager, Jessica, is always very kind and friendly whenever I see her. This place is worth 5+ stars!

Had a overall good massage. Bf and I decided to try it out, room had a little bit of a smell. 10 mins prior to our appointment, they called and pushed massage appointment back 30 mins. Major turn off, 2 star rating, they expected 30%+ gratuity and asked for more tip after we gave 20%. We usually tip well for an exceptional massage, it was not exceptional and they pushed back time even when we arrived. Try it out, but expect to tip an exorbitant amount. Tip should be based on how exceptional or lack thereof of the service provided. We were pretty embarrassed for us and them and just gave the 30% tip

Amazing massage! Super surprising! Cindy was awesome! I had an hour to kill and i decided to get a massage, and I gotta say, I was a little worried when she stood up on my back, but OMG! I feel so so good! Definitely coming back here!

This is probably one of the best studios I have received a massage at in the NOVA area. The studio is very basic, but the therapists are wonderful. Jason has helped me a lot with my back ache and I can’t recommend him enough. Definitely give this place a try.
