Star Space - Coworking, Private Office and Event Space

The best modern style co-working in the Sunnyvale area I've ever seen with the nicest folks in it. Extremely clean modern workspace with a crazy free snack kitchen and bar. Everything just works here! Good job creators. I used this space only for a couple hours with Get Croissant App. If you are looking for temporary space like me, you should definitely try this space. I am very sure you will love it. Megan or Jessica will help you with all your space needs.

If it's possible to fall for a co-working space, I'm pretty much in love with Star Space. The best part? It's incredibly roomy.

Terrible booking platform and customer service. Booked a meeting room for all-day on Saturday on THEIR OWN website. Payment was charged to card and we received an invoice. Had people fly in from different cities. We arrive at location and it’s closed. Lady who answers phone barely even apologizes and says we should have checked Google Maps. Why even have a website and booking option?!

Pros: - Nice open space. - A lot of desks and couches to choose from. - Met a lot of interesting people working there. Cons: - No more sense of community. - The new office manager likes to exert control over adults. It's uncomfortable and inappropriate. Why would anyone pay to be treated like a child? Advice to Star: Build a sense of community where people feel comfortable, safe, and welcome. Create an atmosphere that people enjoy being in. If you squeeze members for more money and control, you'll end up with less of both. The entire company would benefit from a workshop on community building and empathy.

I booked the Living Room for a work event and the group loved the location! Having the technology (TVs, cables, etc.) there and included isn't something we're used to. It made our experience seamless. The assistant Yajaira was fabulous! So attentive and helped us as needed. We all look forward to meeting there again.
