Star Nails

Do not go to this place. I went here in hopes of taking my niece to get her nails done while she was home for her winter break. I set an appointment and when I got there, there was only two technicians for my three person appointment that I requested then when it came to my nails, it was horrible. The technician was rushing. I asked for very sharp square nails, and as you can see, they are around the shaping is not adequate at all. She went on to paint them, and that she was painting. She kept rushing me to put my hand under the light. Once I was finally was able to view the nails. My French tip lines were horrible. They weren't even straight. Paid to get acrylic removed off nails and manicure and pedicure. Sarah did the pedicure and was soaking off the acrylic. What I didn't know was that she had not removed all the acrylic. Sarah told me to wash my hands and then put on a top coat and left me and went to the front and started talking on the phone. She talked over ten minutes until I asked are you going to complete my nails? Another younger lady in the front put the polish on. The lady never finished the job. Less than a week later the lumpy polish started coming off. I was wondering if it was because it was regular polish. I took the polish off and it was still acrylic on my nails. Nikki did amazing! She gave me her suggestions to ensure it looked great. I did have to ensure they were all the same length but I think that’s because she may have been booked and busy that day. This was my first time getting Gel X! It looked good My eyes brows were so great definitely will be back

I asked for my old nails to be removed and a new set. They removed them and So I asked for a new set. Look at the pic they look horrible like all she did was put the nail nothing over them I am so disappointed. They look like a kid did my nails with no experience.

I went back today 7/19/22 2 find out why do my nails look like this and I just got them done last Thursday. As I'm tryna find out who tha manager is and speak 2 tha nail tech as well I wuz told No Refund but tha nail tech can fix it 4 me. I just got off work and dnt have time. I couldn't even get everything out but I kept being over talked . I will Never come back here.
