Star Nails

Lots of rigid rules, poor quality and attitude. My daughter and I got full sets less than 2 weeks ago. Because her nails were short, they said it’s normal for a nail or two to come off and that we can return for them to fix. Went back last weekend and got an attitude saying we need to come in every 2 weeks (we returned in one week exactly). We both got fills and polish changes but my daughter’s nails are crooked (apex is off, they just look awful). And I got chrome which is coming off because the final top coat was applied improperly. Disappointing. Won’t be returning. Sister’s nails or TLC on woodport are soooo much better! Go there instead.

First time visit. Needed an acrylic fill with nail fixes and intricate designs. Staff was super friendly and did great work. I brought reference pics and they did everything I asked for.

I've tried a lot of nail salons in the area over the last 6-8 months, and Star Nails truly is the best!! Every experience I've had here has been so pleasant. Everyone is so nice. Today I had Judy and she was so sweet and attentive! Definitely will keep coming back.

Have had a couple of gel pedicures from this place. ($60 is beyond crazy… what happened to just paying for a regular pedicure then adding $10 extra for gel polish?) regardless- i have tried giving this place more chances because its right down the street from me. They start cleaning up at 6pm when they close at 7pm. The vacuuming and mopping the entire place at 5:58pm is beyond unprofessional. The entire place was packed- why are you cleaning up an hour early? My pedicure was so rushed. I walked in at 5:55 and was done by 6:10. Definitely am done trying to give this place more chances- I’m disappointed every single time.

I had an amazing experience with Judy. She was very nice and did an amazing uv gel French manicure. She took the time to do it right. I Will definitely be coming back.
