She explained & nicely answered our questions. She did so great with my nails. This place is very friendly & welcoming to new customers. Was offered a free welcoming beverage. Definitely coming back!

I understand it may not be the fault of the person who was there, but I don’t understand why a business stays open if there is no staff available to attend customers. Today I walked in and there was only one person inside, and I was told they could not help me because they only had appointments. The place has many pedicure and manicure chairs, but no staff available, which is surprising, especially on a Saturday. I’m sorry to say this, but it was disappointing.

Lynn was amazing. I got talked into joining my partner and parents for this and it was a blast, definitely better than I would have expected as I’ve never done this before. Got a pedicure and leg massage while hanging out in a really nice massage chair and got treated like a king. It was amazing and I’m hooked, can’t wait to go again!

2nd visit. 2nd Pedicure. 2nd time only the feet were done - no legs. She didn’t even clean under my toe nails. Wasn’t given an option for a Deluxe Pedicure - there was no ask. Maybe it’s a la carte. Who knows. She pulled out a food grater that already had skin on it. I might call the heath department. She wanted to clean the excess polish around my toes with her nails and not the remover - created a mess. Won’t be back.

Absolutely horrible. Lucy is particularly awful. I'm not sure she understood English, or could speak it. Two of my toenails became infected by being cut poorly. Of course, one would expect a relaxing chair and experience, but the chair was broken. What was a convenient choice before grocery shopping, became something painful and hard to forget.
