I went in for a full set. The gel polish was caked on so my nails look horrible! The owners do not understand English so when I asked them to itemize my bill, they had no clue. Additionally, they do not have enough nail technicians available to do full sets so I often can’t even get an appointment. I have tried them on several occasions and will not bother again. Their pedicure process has changed so it no longer even feels like a pedicure but they surely did not lower the price. Never again! Owners only care about their $. Start providing itemized bills and take English literacy classes!!!

Norra did such a wonderful job. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time, and I love how nice of a job she did. She asked questions about what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. I can’t stop looking at my nails. The pedicure was also fantastic and calming. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I called and booked a last minute appointment. The gentlemen on the phone was friendly and accommodating. I was attended to quickly. My mani/pedi were great. I had great friendly service and it was a great price. I appreciate the last minute accommodations.

I love star nails I have been going here for the past two years and I have never been disappointed. They doing any amazing job! They always match my design or go above and beyond to do better then then the pictures I show them! The workers are very friendly and want to have conversations with you. It’s nice to form relationships with your nail artist so they know what you like and dislike. Thank you to Dianna and Sam for being the best at what you do. You both are amazing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here.

First two sets of gel nails went well. The third one went to heck. Within days one nail broke in the middle at the finger tip and both thumbs peeled off. I paid for repairs and one day later another nail broke (did not pop off) the same way and the thumbs peeled again. Under the top polish was a layer of wet uncured polish although I put the nail close to the light. I went through Christmas and new year with messed up nails. I returned today to tell the owner of my troubles and she really shut me down saying “To late for repairs” “maybe your nail is the problem “ “We don’t have many customers like you. Go somewhere else.” I’ve had gel nails for two years and I feel my expectations are realistic.
