Star Nails & Spa

I went in for powder dip nails and the guy did them in gel. Was so long since I got nails I didn't know what was happening until it was too late. I also kept asking for shorter nails which he couldn't understand I guess. He kept saying trust me, I'll file them again. I paid $50 for nails that were all different lengths. Was so frustrated just paid and left. Went home and filed on them for an hour to shorten them, get them even, and looking decent. This place sucks and I'll never go back. In fact this is why I haven't got my nails done in over a year. Last time I went to them ended up with mold on my nail!

Everyone there is so nice! I’ve been going to Laun for a little over a yr now, maybe longer. My girls and I are always satisfied with their work and leave happy!! I will always 10/10 recommend this place when asked about my nails!

The stars were from 2 years ago but recently 2023 I went again, and the service was amazing again. Loan and Tamic were excellent nail techs! Tamic did my pedi, and Loan did my nails. I have one toe that got smashed, she made it look pretty. They took great care with my nails, and I love the end results. I will be back.

. I went in for a one colored long acrylic set. She got so irritated at my request(s) - straightening the tip after she glued it on/ giving me an apex- another employee had to finish my nails (she was being nasty too) cause I insisted she “fixed” my nails and continued to say if I wanted the arch I would have to pay more for this service. I felt so uncomfortable I decided to leave and fix it myself guess which hand I fixed🙄 the vibe was giving we want you to pay $60 but don’t speak up if you don’t like your nails. One star is for the nice clean comfortable salon the other is because they didn’t do too bad on my nails but customer service was terrible;(

I am not sure who I had, but she was so kind and did an absolutely perfect job on my gel manicure! $35 for a great manicure!!
