Star Nails

The worker was very nice to me, however halfway through service she casually mentions one of my pinky nails is shorter than the rest of my nails and made no attempt to fix it. The application of the acrylic was uneven across the board and my nails are all shaped differently. For my cat eye, rather than diagonal it’s a straight horizontal line across the top of my nails. No clean up of the cuticle area to start. This was my first and last experience here as I don’t feel like these nails are salon quality. I paid $65 for a fill, with my normal nail tech $45.

I love this nail salon! The people are so kind and always willing to help you figure out exactly what you want. They go above and beyond. Thank you Star nails.

2 visits. 1 satisfied nail experience. 0 acceptable customer service experiences. I will not be back. My nails are less than professional quality. I believe the shop as a whole is prejudiced. It's my experience. To the young lady that chimed in today, thinking she was helping the situation; your experience would never be my experience. You will NEVER receive the same service as i do. The best practice is to sit and observe how people treat people.

Very accommodating and available; usually within a half-hour of a phone call. So glad my tech suggested nail art. Not usually my style but it turned out great! Lovely experience all around.

I’m not from around here and didn’t have a chance to go back to my regular nail salon so I thought I would go here. I booked an appointment and when I got there, multiple people were waiting for their appointments as well meaning they over booked. When I finally got sat Mary had started on my nails and she was so harsh with them and ended up cutting my pinky nail horribly. I’ve been getting my nails done consistently since 2016 and this has never happened to me. I do really like my nails but the experience was horrendous.
