Star Nails

As a licensed nail technician myself, I was very disappointed with this experience. I clearly and repeatedly asked Khathy that the corners of my toenails not be cut, yet my request was ignored. Cutting the corners improperly increases the risk of ingrown nails and goes against proper nail care practices. Additionally, the nail polish appeared old and thick, resulting in an uneven application. Listening to clients and maintaining product quality are basic professional standards. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that.

I can’t recommend my nail tech (Victor) and this shop enough! He is incredibly talented and always makes sure my nails are flawless every single time. Not only is his work top tier, but he’s also so accommodating and professional. He really takes his time, listens to what you want, and delivers beyond expectations. The shop itself is clean, welcoming, and has such a great vibe. If you’re looking for quality, creativity, and amazing customer service, this is the place to go!

Kathy seat #10 did my husbands manicure and she was terrible. She cut my husbands cuticles and made him bleed. When he told her about it she was unapologetic. His finger nails don’t even look done .

I came to this salon on 10/09/2025 and was serviced by Gina. I came across a review with a customer shining light on her and I just knew she had to be the one to take care of me. Mrs. Gina did phenomenal work with both my pedicure and my nails. I WILL be coming back to see Mrs. Gina ONLY. She did a great job on my feet and just made me feel so whole again. We did not talk much through the service and yet Mrs. Gina gave me an experience that I would like others to share with me as well. I have been having a rough time in life and just with the little TLC Mrs. Gina gave to me, she have no clue how much she help mend a broken piece of me. ALL the ladies in this salon is worth the money you spend. When I get service I really look at how I am cared for. And Mrs. Gina definitely gave to me eve
