Star Nails

This was the worst manicure I ever received. Polish chipped I got an infected cuticle. It didn't all last. Not done properly

As soon as I got there I was immediately RUSHED to pick a color. I didn’t even get a second to think about what I would like. I wanted to treat myself since the weather is getting nice and I completely regret it. WASTE OF MONEY. I sat in a chair, about to put my feet in the water, and got told to get up and move two chairs down cause another lady wanted to use the chair I was in. Next problem, all my nails are absolutely crooked. She would do the pedicure process on two of my toes and then just skip the rest. So so so rushed!!!! She was focused on absolutely everything else except the client in her chair?! The overall experience took not even 15 minutes where at more nice places ive been I got a full nice experience for about an hour. There’s so much I could say, but please do not get a se

Honestly they dont do the worse job its the only place i found decent enough in johnstown to do my nails. The guy could be a little more gentle while bluffing the nails but besides that i genuinely enjoy this place. They try to conversate wit yoy even wit the language barrier and i feel really at ease whenever i sit down in there chairs. There never is a extremely long wait and just simply a very nice nail salon. Ill be back

They were not overly busy, were more worried about quality than quantity and they fixed what the previous shop messed up on. So far so good!

I got a full set and was cut several places my nails and fingers hurt and burn horribly! Wendy did my nails and cut me digging into my skin with the file and she didn’t even put anything on the cuts ! No TIP for you lady! Stop rushing and Do better for your clients and hire more help!
