I recently visited after almost a year away, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The owners remembered me right away, which made me feel so special and appreciated as a customer. The staff is incredibly personable, making it clear that they genuinely care about their clients. They took the time to catch up with me and made sure to ask about my preferences before starting my manicure and pedicure. It’s this attention to detail that really sets them apart from other salons. The services themselves were top-notch. My nails look stunning, and the relaxing ambiance made for a truly enjoyable experience. I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated! I have been going to Victor and Carolyn for many years for nails. Star Nails is wonderful! They are the kindest and most hard-working people I have had the pleasure of knowing. I am amazed at the excellent quality and the gentle care they take when doing my nails and toes. I wouldn't go any place else!

It was my first time here and I had a really good experience with my nail tech. She paid attention to details (from the shaping, to cleaning up the back of the nail, to make sure all nails were even from all angles). Her work was neat and gentle. She also took into consideration what I wanted along the way. I would/will definitely go back to her again. Also, I appreciate that I made an appointment and they honored the time I arrived. Just all around a great experience. Second visit: I did return! I did still have a good experience here and would recommend it. I changed from 5 stars to 4 since this time my experience felt a bit rushed and because I got charged an additional $8 for take off (so $18) because I had polish. My granddaughter & I wanted to get our nails done after she got out of work on a Friday night of a holiday weekend. Totally spaced on needing this beforehand. These people were so accommodating and kind. And they never made us feel like they were annoyed or angry at all. And on top of all that, they did a great job! Never hurt either one of us and the nails are beautiful!! I can’t recommend them highly enough. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!!!!
