Star Nails

This is the absolute worst place to get a mani/pedi. $70 for a pedi & it looks like a 5 year old painted my toes. When they sat me down, I was two chairs over from a small boy that was listening to a toy that played cartoons. I figured at any moment it would stop. WRONG..... It played for 49 minutes. So much for an enjoyable experience. Then they shorted me on the massage time that I paid extra for. When I told the guy at the desk, he just looked at me. He told me $10 for a simple manicure, no polish but when the lady came to me, she said which one & I told her we had agreed on a simple one & she said $25. I said that's not what we agreed on so she kept repeating $25. I said never mind I don't want one. They are not the cleanest in there but they are definitely the rudest.

Have been there before with no problems. Go there today for a simple manicure. The worst manicure I’ve ever had. Hardly any polish on my nails and still cleaning the polish off my fingers. To top it off, they tried charging me for a cut down that I didn’t even get.

Walked in for a manicure. First table to the left they sat me. Don’t know her name, however she wore glasses, she did an awesome job on my nails painting them with #78. The shop has a nice atmosphere and seemed very clean. I will continue to go there and hope she will always be available for me. I’ll have to learn her name so I can request her. Very pleased.

First my pedicure was by Tee, she was amazing!! But my manicure was HORRIBLE! I won’t say who did it just to be polite but i won’t be getting a manicure here again. She was rough and rude, kept jerking my hands around and twisting my fingers, the polish she used was the wrong color and when I said something she told me I was wrong that it matched my toes (it didn’t) the French tip was an extra charge and looks like a crooked line on the tip of my nail, I asked for them to be a little thicker and she barely did that. At this point I was just upset and ready to get done and out of there. Then I was overcharged way more than what they said and more than what their price sheet showed.

Me and my mom went in for a set of fake nails. After 50 minutes of being left soaking our nails (because they left to do someone else’s nails), we told them we just wanted to get our nails taken off and leave. She did not take them off all the way nor did she file down, the photo shows how I left and still charged us 15 each. An hour of sitting and soaking, by far the worst nail experience I’ve had.
