🚫🚫 DONT GO!!! ‼️ Warning‼️ upon entry you smell pee! For some odd reason my friend and I humbled our selves and decided to stay. The fifty dollar pedicure left my feet ashy visibly and feeling dry. They didn't have the soft white color I wanted so they gave me what they called similar but turned out nudist brown. When it came to my nails they tried to convince me the same color put on my toes was being put on my hands, they kept saying it just looked different. The color was a striking pepto pink. I kept asking for my nails to be cut down and told the lady I wanted her length and shape which was a semi natural length. She would only file them across twice. This went on 3 times! They don’t drill under the nails just let the polish drip dry damn near over the cuticle. They charge top notch

I came in five days ago to get a full set and pedicure, it’s now 6 days later and the nails all are lifting, there are multiple air bubbles in the paint and the set itself was not properly glued down. The guy that did my nails were not in the shop but they do have a sign that you have seven days to come in and rectify any issues had. Being that i’ve come here since 2016, I was prepared to have my nails fixed and pay if needed but the man that was at the front desk who was not the one present initially was very rude, dismissive and unhelpful. He argued that i had not just got my nails done and when i offered to let him see the receipt he said no. They did not fix anything or offer a solution despite me asking to speak with someone else. Horrible experience! My fill in was done too quick. My gel polish came off within 30 mins of me leaving and my nails was shaped crooked. Nails are not the same size! I will not be returning.

I love it here because they have everything I need and they take care of me well. I get a pedicure every few weeks and I’ve had great experiences so far. They also take appointments over text, so easy!

I’ve been coming here for years with great customer service. I witness the interaction from the reviewer below. All they said to her inquiry for how long for a pedi was “30 min”. She walked right back out the door. Some people just be looking for a reason to discredit businesses. SMH 🙃
