Star Nails

We are in the area for vacation and it's always a roll of the dice to find a good Nail Salon. I just had a wonderful mani/pedi at Star Nails. Holly was terrific. She gave me a great manicure without polish and buffed my nails to the perfect shine. My basic pedicure was also better than one of our spa pedicures we get in Massachusetts. Holly was attentive and provided me with exactly what I wanted. What impressed me most is the cost of a Mani/Pedi is $37. That's the cost of just a basic Pedi in Massachusetts now. If you live in this area, you're blessed to have a great salon with reasonable prices.

This is now my go to place here in DFW to get my nails done. I always book with Kelly but all of the nail techs are professional and great at their job. As you can see with my various pictures there are a variety of simple to more complex designs. But as I present different ideas to Kelly, she at least gives it a shot and does her best to recreate something similar. Thank you Kelly!!! And thank you everyone at Star Nails for being courteous, kind, keeping it clean and professional as always! P.S. If you want it done right, make sure you ALWAYS book an appointment via phone. They do not have a website *if it says they do, it is NOT true* P.S.S. They do accept walk-ins but it is very, very rare & they're closed on Sundays

I went there for 4 times now with 4 different specialists. Tried acrylic manicure that they do skillfully with the brush, gel manicure and pedicure. I was satisfied with the service and reasonable prices for all the services along with the cleanness of the tools.

Holly is an artist. Im fairly new to the nail game, my aversion has been how "bulky & fake" they look. My only request from Holly is that they look natural & she's come through. Also, she gives the BEST pedicures & my eyebrows are perfect. I love that she's detail oriented & takes her time. The pics posted are a fresh fill & eyebrow, but my toes are about 2.5 weeks old... still look good tho! Overall, I love this shop, everyone is nice.

Broooooo first time client and will return for Ann 😍 I got an acrylic powder glitter set with gel top coat and paid $27. She carefully applied acrylic (like you should!) and used the thin needle drill bit to clean up underneath AND not once cut me. I might be a little too enthusiastic but i just think she did a great job, its just my last experience was sloppy and painful and that was a nail salon in Irving.
