Star Nails

I am so happy with my experience at Star Nails! I have gone on and off for a few years, and recently was placed with Andy by chance. When I got there, my nails were in bad shape from a bad removal of gel. They were cracking down below my fingers and were so sensitive that it hurt to touch them. I had a business trip to go on, so I needed them to look nice, so Andy and I made a plan. He put acrylic tips on and we did a couple of fills until my nails were grown out enough. He then did a very gentle removal, and we switched over to dip. I’m so excited to share that these are my real nails! Sloppy. When i brought it to the nail techs attention she ignored me. When I brought it to the receptionists attention she told me to pick it off. My “massage” was 15 seconds per hand. Won’t be back, won’t be recommending.

Incredibly natural, can't even see that there is clear dip on my nails. I am a client of Andy's after seeing his incredible work on a coworker's hands. For anyone with a sharp eye for natural nails, his work speaks for itself! Andy always is meticulous on providing excellent quality to my nails, which when I first came my nails were short, broken and weak. Thanks to his care, my nails are now long and strong. I am often stopped and asked where I go, because of how natural and clean my nails look. If you want the best treatment for natural looking nails, you must see Andy at Star Nails. I'm happy with the end result of my nails that I had filled, but the experience itself could have been better. The appointment took amd hour and a half for a fill, and it was -20 degrees outside and everyone had left for the night before my appointment was over. I was spoken to condescendingly and made feel like an inconvenience. I was almost scolded I felt for moving my hands and them not being in a position that better suited the tech. Comments were made that his time was more important than mine, and if I wanted to have a fabulous job done, I needed to listen to his direction. Professionalism and respect for my time were lacking. And yes, I did leave a tip. I always do.

The owners are extremely nice people. Their staff is very nice and humble. My TOP technician is David 🤩 he performs a wonderful job. Your nails look natural, not fake. Base on my own experience. He doesn’t ignore what you request he does your nails as you request. Great job David and staff ! 💎
