Yen did my cat eye/3D nails. She did a fabulous job.

I paid $65 for my nails. The older Asian lady suggested that I get a design. I told her to try it and it didn’t look good. I asked her to change the 2 nails she started yelling at me being rude telling me to pay $5 for her to change the polish on 2 nails. She began talking about me in their language and I asked her to stop multiple times. My nail also broke within a hour of leaving. She was rude and unprofessional making a scene and I was going to tip her $15. I do not recommend! It’s not worth the argument. She finally said she would change the nails but she was so angry and rude that I didn’t want her to touch my hands with that bad negative energy plus she was just disrespectful.

PETER IS THE WORST. He was rushing and I think that as a women who’s gotten her nails done since she was a child it shouldnt hurt getting my nails done. The drill was causing heat pain on my fingers and he was rushing to take my nails off with the nail causing my hands to BLEED. I will never go back here again. They have been in service for so long that they really can’t keep up with business quality. THEY NEED TO SHUT IT DOWN.

The wait time at this establishment early Saturday and Sunday afternoons is always so long. I've been here three times and each time I've had to wait AT LEAST an hour. However, depending on the nail tech, the artistry is pretty good. My nails were a bit uneven in length but overall, it was a job well done on this acrylic set. I advise anyone wanting to visit to go as early in the morning as possible to help reduce the wait time.

Always pleased. Highly recommend Cindy she does eyebrows. For nails & pedicure I only go to Ian but majority of them are really good. Only negative is they’re always busy & if you don’t have an appointment be prepared to wait hours.
