This place is awful I went twice and both times received poor customer service on my last visit which was today, they completely disregarded what I wanted and also cut me like they did the first time, no wonder this place is almost always empty when I went both times. I don’t know how they stay open. The first time the old man got so upset because he was so sick and when I told him what I wanted he threw his tools down and started yelling. I went back today which is my fault for going again and got a different man. The gel was uneven with the polish I will include pictures of my nails done today he basically just threw the clear polish on my nails. All these pictures are of almost ALL my nails! Never again will I go here! Stay away!

A few days ago, I went in for a pedicure and specifically requested that my toenails be trimmed on the sides, which is one of the main reasons many of us choose this service. Unfortunately, this was not done, even though I asked twice. I also requested a two-color French design, but I was given a regular French instead, which was not what I asked for. The massage was good and the products used were fine; however, my requests were not followed, which I find unacceptable considering the price of the service. This review reflects only my personal experience. I understand there are multiple technicians working there and I am not generalizing, but in my case, the service was not satisfactory. My rating is 2 out of 10.

This salon always gives me the best experience. The staff are welcoming and skilled at what they do. My manicure looks polished and professional. I’m so happy I found this place.

I honestly loved this place but unfortunately this is the second time this happens, both of my parents are both white but my physical appearance is Latin. As soon as I walked in which i believe is the main owner racially discriminated, talking about “ we don’t do public restrooms” I just wanted my pedicure. I was honestly devastated and this will be the last time I’m coming in here.

I love everything about this salon. From the friendly staff to the quality work, everything is perfect. My pedicure was super relaxing. I’ll recommend this place to everyone I know!
