Star Nail

Nails are fat and bulky! Had an appointment and a walk-in was serviced before us. Never ended up getting our lashes done. They got made because I would not pay for everything while waiting.

I will neverrr come back here everrrr me and my mother and law and a bad experience. They don’t have good customer service at all the lady rush on my feet and cut my toe. It burn so bad. One of the ladies told my mother to shut up and let her do how she wanted, it upset my mother so bad because she is 70 years old and no one should be talk to that way. My mother in law wanted her feet the way she wanted. I don’t recommend no one to come here they had lot of flies and very dirty.

Not happy! My sister and I went to get our nails done at this place and were both treated with a lack of care. I was rotated between 3 employees, and they seemed to be agitated when I politely addressed my concerns with my nails. The first woman charged me a fee for “acrylic removal”. While she did remove my nails it was not done properly. The woman was bending my fingers back too far and proceeded to peel my nails off without soaking them, (painfully) ripping layers of my natural nail. I politely let her know that my nails were feeling sore and asked her to soak them. She smiled and continued to peel them. She then began another service half way through applying my tips and sent me to a male employee. He seemed to be in a rush and he was not being detailed. When I asked him to add acrylic

DONTGO TO THIS NAIL SHOP AT ALL!!!!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL IS HELL. ME AND MY DAUGHTERS GOT OUR NAILS DONE, THE NEXT DAY MY DAUGHTER WOKE UP LIKE THIS. SHE NEEDS SURGERY LIKE I WILL BE SEEKING AND LAWYER. THEY GOING TO TELL ME THEY DIDNT DO MY DAUGHTER NAILS

I came today for the first time Today they did a horrible job. They did not try to fix. It the person that did my nails was Nancy I will never come back here again ‼️I’m so mad/disappointed even with my feet it looks terrible 😣
