*WARNING!!! do not book with this business they are poorly ran ! I had set an appointment to get my hair done, sent a deposit of $40 to hold my spot. Im coming from Wilmington Delaware , spreading money on Uber to get there on time and once I get close I gave them a call , the person canceled my appointment ALL because THEY didn't see my deposit. I spent nearly $80 on transportation to get to their location JUST to have my appointment CANCELED !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THIS BUSINESS !

Listen folks…Starr is da TRUTH!! When I tell yaw she snatched up both of my boys hair for their first day of school!! I called her the day of which was last minute and she made room in her schedule to accommodate us even though it was later in the day. She was kind and sweet and extremely hospitable. Yes she is doing hair in her home (nothing wrong with that at least not to me) but she makes you FEEL completely at home more than took care of my boys. Washed them well and twisted them up and had them looking fabulous for their first day. Did I mention that she gifted my kids some school supplies? Hi I’m Star! I aim to please everyone but I’m not for everyone I do kids with with autism and Down syndrome hair If anything hurts I ask, loc maintenance is not gentle if it’s done correctly but it does not have to hurt. I ask through the appointment if a client is ok I would never just harm someone I listen to gospel music most of the time while I work Yes I shampoo your Locs over sink but I do have a shampoo bowl chair for detox and special clients. Sometimes I have to reschedule last min I have a 1 year old and I’m a first time mom. However I usually reschedule for the same day or same week never along wait! Unfortunately I don’t live near a beauty supply So I order all products in advance So deposits are none refundable unless I reschedule or cancel No I do not call clients back

I have been going to Star for almost 3 years now. She is very professional, takes her time, and answers all questions I have. There are times my locs are a bit sensitive the next day, however, there was never pain, and nothing near having box braids or micros. I enjoy my time coming to her as I can relax, enjoy the experience and even laugh while we talk about life. I highly recommend her and her services.

Star loc maintenance did a wonderful job she did lock Extensions and they came out very nice. She took her time she made sure that all the hair was in place straight no left out hair very professional but, I do recommendation having a consultation first so you can discuss exactly what you want and she can see your problem areas if you have any she even recommended where I can order the hair from human hair which was very soft and manageable and very natural looking.Once she has the hair in place she does a pond roll Then, after that she in Locs it then she styled it I was very pleased with it, and will be going back to her for maintenance of my hair. thank you so much Star.
