Star Golden Nail

It's been about 3 weeks since I had a gel manicure and was always been concerned of it chipping by the 3rd day. Thanks to Joe who is a great listener my nails haven't chipped at all and still looks great.

Horrible service & using cheap products !!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYz One of the workers named May did my nails on a Friday , why is my nail popping off 4 days later ??? I went back to fix them and they did fix it free of charge ,but when I got home another one popped off that same day I went back to fix it again the heavy set Chinese lady that sits at the front said I had to pay $5 !!!! Unacceptable this service should have lasted me 2 weeks !!!

I went to this place thinking my nails would look nice because my birthday is today and I wanted to feel good and look good. my nails came out bad it’s not even shaped right and they over charged me. They told me to pay before they finished I should of knew something was up. the lady charged me 10 dollars extra for designs on my hands which where smiles :) that were supposed to be on 2 nails. which I didn’t like at all because they looked funny. and when they was done I said I didn’t like it and they said they wouldn’t fix it. they told me it was my nails and that's y the shape looked like that but that wasn’t true because I had this type of style of nails before I began cry they didn’t even try to reshape my nails as I left the lady pushed the door on me on my way out don't do that bec

The salon collectively has always been horrible, however, there was a nail tech named Jackie who was amazing... Unfortunately, she left. Very rude and always trying to hustle people. They mess up, they don’t want to fix it. The base services are cheap but add-ons are pricey. I asked to file my nails a bit more, same shape but just clean it up & they charged me $5 extra dollars! They charge a $3 fee for card payments & the owner says “it’s because they have to pay taxes,” which is ILLEGAL! I haven’t been here since May & came last minute & I’m regretting it! My nails are messy, I asked them to clean it up and they told me “It look nice. No worry.” Never will I return. Don’t waste your time and money. Beware!!! This nails salon seems to overcharge unsuspecting customers, and they routinely charge extra for basic nail treatments (like filing your nails into a shape or using nail polishes). I walked in and asked the person at the front desk (who seemed to be in charge) about the different wraps I could get on my long, rounded, natural nails. She tried to get me to pay for a wrap removal when I only had regular nail polish on my nails. Then, she kept changing the prices of services I asked about, and gave me several different overpriced prices on the same services. When I looked at the pricing menu on the wall, she finally gave me the right price (according to what was listed on the wall). During my service, my technician told me that I could get a simple design (on two nails only) for
