The woman that runs this shop is a thief .. we paid almost $300 ($250 to be exact) just for her to leave our 16 y/o brother with 3-4 locs in one parting space. Additionally, his locs are now falling out. He’s had free form locs (which she regarded as us “neglecting” him) for over a year now and has never had any issue with his locs falling or even thinning. All we wanted was for her to give him his very first retwist. She did not do anything that was agreed upon, and when we requested a refund she refused. This was something we attempted to handle in a calm and civil way just to be met with pure hostility. She cursed us out and spoke to us in such a poor, disgusting manner. I’m a few days late but I wanted to leave this review me and my son just moved into town I came here to get his starter dreads done they took him in immediately and they took very good care of him they were very nice to me and they did an amazing job on my son hair!! They now have a new loyal customer !!! I will be back to get his hair retwisted !! I’m not sure the lady name that did his hair but she was great!! Thank you guys so much and I will be seeing you guys again soon !! ❤️

i have come to this place 6 years and have been satisfied every time i came to get my hair done. Every single hairstyle i get done here is legit. I have been getting sew ins, knotless braids, locs & mostly braids in general. Ms joy and the other stylists treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door! Very sweet and generous would never go anywhere else to get my hair done.

I went here last weekend because I had a loc emergency, and they were able to see me without an appointment when it was last minute. Everyone was professional, they immediately started working on my hair, they explained to me exactly what they were doing in great detail, and both of them worked on my hair simultaneously to help the process move faster. Everyone's been complimenting my hair ever since, it looks great, and I plan on going back the next time I need something done.
