My family and I have been going to them for years, but the quality has really gone downhill. Every time I got cornrows, they were done sloppy—and I always let them know respectfully. This last time, I pointed out that the braid didn’t even look like a proper braid and that there was way too much gel. Instead of fixing it, the lady with the short (usually blonde) hair and her mother started yelling at me, saying I didn’t know what I was talking about. I calmly asked if she could redo it, and she refused. So I told her I wasn’t paying for something I wasn’t satisfied with—and she told me I was banned and couldn’t come back. Very unprofessional and disappointing, especially after years of loyalty.

I loved my hair style, the price was okay. It took longer than I thought but that was fine. The girl who did my hair was very nice and even though English was not her first language, she still conversed with me. The place was clean but, not everyone was nice. Braids can be expensive and time consuming, prepare for that. Bring drinks and snacks.

I had two different ladies do my hair. One of the ladies was very fast and neat while doing my hair. When they start getting busier the other lad y had to finish my hair. She was very rough with my hair. She did not gel them so when my real hair was sticking out she cut it. They also tend to be over priced. I will not be returning.

I received spring twists. Started at 8am. Out of the chair by 10:30 am. The two ladies did a wonderful job! Because of COVID, they only take cash.
