I go to this Beauty supply mainly for convenience but as someone else wrote. They racially profile you. I was looking to purchase shampoo this particular day and was followed by the Hispanic worker they came to where I was, pretending to look at product. When I first entered she was standing up front . I will never shop here again and I hope the business goes down. Why open up a business in a black neighborhood to only follow those patrons around the store, how can one shop like that? And want to shop there.

Once again, I'm not surprised by the less than par, pretentious, poor excuse service that I received. I don't shop here often, mostly out of convenience, when I do there is a younger Hispanic woman that works there register with no sense of customer service to speak of. Would it hurt you to exude some basic mannerisms? Also, there's a lanky guy that I assume works security but is only interested in giggling with colleagues and babysitting his phone. Lastly, there's a middle aged light skinned , slightly heavyset in build woman that has the nastiest faux nice persona that giggles about customers and likes to engage in unprofessional conduct with her colleagues as well. They won't see another penny from me unless the seriously rebrand with people that care about doing their jobs with integri

Bad they follow people. There’s a question, why be in black neighborhood, if you gonna follow you black customers. Also the people who work there also don’t what products to recommend. Anyway they got good stuff. It’s a typical Spike Lee asian run beauty supply. Pro: there inventory is decent. Prices seen a little higher than a beauty supply down the street.

OK Hey guys I'm in the new star beauty and I'm visiting with Dominic and Jasmine. That it's awesome the customer service rock and they got a nice sale back here. And it's in order. Would you believe that wigs are in order and they in color coordinate? So you can pick what you want and from the highest to the lowest. It also to get a sale price on the road right in the middle so gas comes through and they open to 8 o'clock. Bye
