I’ve been coming to Star Beauty Supply for a while now, and they rarely let me down. Honestly, the best part is that they actually keep their shelves stocked they have I need, but they usually have everything in every color. The staff is cool, too. They’re helpful if you have a question but they don't follow you around the store, which I appreciate. Prices are fair, and the aisles are easy to navigate. Definitely my go-to spot in the area.

I finally found a beauty supply spot that isn't a mess. This store is super easy to shop in, and they actually have a huge selection of hair and products in stock. usually go in for one thing and leave with five because the prices are actually decent. The people working there are chill and helpful (not the most best customer service but you are not going to local beauty store to get VIP service) when you need them, but they let you shop in peace.

The products are excellent, but the customer service consistently falls short. During my last visit, an employee named Tia was dismissive, unhelpful, and even insinuated that I was “dumb” for asking questions. Strangely, she was willing to explain the same products in detail to a male employee nearby. This type of selective, condescending treatment is both unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve experienced poor service here on more than one occasion, and it reflects poorly on the brand despite the quality of the products.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in to shop and ended up being locked inside the store, accused of stealing, and had my bag searched even though they found absolutely NOTHING. Instead of apologizing, the staff continued to talk to me in a rude and reckless manner. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer deserves to be treated this way. Do not shop here.

They have some of the most tactless, mean spirited, shady women working for them. I will gladly drive the distance for more an exceptional customer oriented, professional experience. Attitudes stank too bad for them to only have a small selection of goods. I'm not sure what needs to be prioritized more, my goodness.
