I have been coming to this place for a few times now. I will say that I don’t like when the workers start to see customers coming in, they will rush your appointment essentially, and they will rush doing your eyebrows your waxing whatever it is, you’re getting done. The lady today was waxing my upper lip and she didn’t even bother to let the wax cool off at all and my skin is literally on fire because of how hot it was and I feel like she really burned my upper lip. I’m going to let it cool down and hopefully it’s not burned because that’s unacceptable. I understand there’s customers coming in but at the same time don’t rush your customers process because that’s unfair to them at the same time because I am paying therefore please do not rush my appointment and this is not the first time th
