If you can't quite find the building, look for the bouncy castles. The staff are very friendly and polite. The main language spoken here is Spanish, so polish up your Espanol or make sure you have Google translate installed. I definitely enjoyed my appointment with Ana (stylist)

I was driving through Tyler on the way to visit family for the holidays and realized my unkempt locks would not experience a warm welcome. I stopped at STAR and got cleaned up so well all my family members asked who my new barber was! I will definitely return soon.

I’ve been bouncing between barbers since my barber of 21 years retired last spring. For those of you guys who are “once every two weeks” guys like me you know it hurts more than breaking up with my girlfriend. I’ve tried a few different spots but nothing came close. Was traveling through Tyler and decided to give this spot a shot. Wish I lived closer because I would definitely go back. The barbers are skilled, hospitable and very professional.
