This statement serves as a formal record of a highly improper and unacceptable incident that occurred during my visit to this establishment on 11/26/2025. I was informed—without evidence, without investigation, and without any factual basis—that I had allegedly failed to pay for my haircut on November 14. This allegation is categorically false. On 11/14, I paid $40 in cash to the individual at the front counter and provided an additional $5 cash tip directly to the barber. The business failed to issue a receipt at the time of payment, despite being the party solely responsible for maintaining accurate records of cash transactions. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I asked this dude to just shape my beard and keep it thick. He took my beard that was just over an inch at down to like 8mm *at its longest*. It’s not even even

i am a frequent customer who comes regularly when needing a haircut and i always go to Micheal. he always knows exactly what to do with my hair and what exactly will look best. he does amazing and high quality fades and also designs as well that draw a lot of attention. i love going to him and i will continue to as well.

Another great haircut from this place. My barber for the day Mr. Felipe U. works miracles. 5 stars!

Highly recommended, I had no appointment and Brandon took me immediately. He was careful to details and patient to my confusing requests. Chill dude. It’s hard to find high quality haircuts and service. Will be coming back.
