This massage was stellar! Every aspect from essential oils to hot towels to a bottle of water at the end was very intentional; and the massage was done expertly. You can tell Corina has a lot of experience and knows her stuff. We were able to do live-to-the-minute adjustments, and it was so helpful for relieving pain. I also really appreciated that Corina answered any questions and started to just mention what she was doing since I was curious. The massage was layered, targeted, wholistic, and so effective in relieving pain. Don't hesitate to book! But don’t take my spot, I’ll be back! :)

Corina is a fantastic Pilates instructor. I have been working with her for about six months and I am noticing a big difference in my strength and my posture. Her sessions are a head to toe workout. She individualizes your workout according to your specific needs, guides your breathing and movement thru each exercise. With her exercise plan, she finds muscles I never knew existed! I have been working with Corina for the past couple of months and she is absolutely the best. She took time to understand my training history and activities during the week to make customized plan accordingly to make sure I can get the most out of each training session. We had in-person and virtual sessions where she paid a lot of attention to details and corrected my forms, so the virtual session is as effective as in person sessions. I’d highly recommend working with her!

Hands down, Corina is amazing. Her therapeutic massage is what my body needs to keep my sciatica managable. She has a wonderful touch and she also has nice little touches like heating pads, etc. to make your time on the table even more enjoyable.

I would give Corina 10 stars if I could because she is amazing!! My husband and I wanted to add a wellness element to our regular exercise routine. We are working with Corina as a massage therapist and also as a Pilates instructor. As a masseuse, she is extremely effective. She identified our pain points and gave us tips to help alleviate our aches and pains. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. We highly recommend her. As an Pilates instructor, she has tailored her teaching to help us achieve our collective goals. We thoroughly enjoy our time with her and we can already see the results. I never thought that my husband would do Pilates, and he eagerly awaits each class. Corina is an absolute treasure. You’ll be very happy that you met her.
