UPDATE Stacey—the owner—publicly accused me of lying and even posted a security-cam image of me, yet offered no apology or professionalism. She disparaged me and my business (which she had to dig to find) to discredit my concerns, claiming that sharing photos of Barbicide proves proper sanitation—when in fact my station was visibly dirty with leftover nail dust and gunk. I’ve received unsolicited friend requests, confirming my fear of retaliation was real. I refuse to be bullied into silence.
