Joanne has 2 locations-one here and one in Bellevue. Her Bellevue location is harder to get into, so I was thankful that her Moses Lake location schedule was a little more relaxed. It’s hard to find a good stylist that you can trust when it comes to color. I have blonde hair, and I am very picky when it comes to being satisfied with results. This was my first visit to Joanne today, so I didn’t know what to expect. I got reminder and confirmation texts which was wonderful for tearing me away from work since I usually put my self care last. When I arrived she began with a consultation and also asked if wanted anything to drink before we got started, and then… she started with a conditioning treatment. I've always been wary about going to a new hairdresser but off the bat while having our consult in the beginning of our appointment I felt like I was in good hands with Joanne. I had some some color corrections that need to be done to fix the blonde and permanent color in my hair and Joanne managed to blend my natural roots, leaving the ends a beautiful ashy beige blonde. Love my new color! She put so much thought and care during your appointment. Had wonderful conversations and really took care of the integrity of my hair to make sure it's still nice and strong. I can't recommended her enough for her time, effort and level of expertise. With 17 years of experience under her belt you are in good hands. Joanne is truly a master at what she does. She takes her time making sure that she gives you a thorough hair consultation to make sure that your hair goals are achieved. She really loves what she does and making your hair dreams come true! You can tell that she puts her all into your appointment every single time. I have been in the salon a few times and each time has been an absolutely amazing and relaxing experience. She has always been super supportive of my hair choices, from a low maintenance balayage to vivid red hair and both times she absolutely nailed my hair expectations while also maintaining my hair health.
