Rude and don’t want to help! Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Small number of tenants gives peace of mind and security. Building may seem a little "no frills" but it has everything you need and landlord adjusts to tenant needs (Quickly installed hand sanitizer stations at doors during Covid for example.) The tenants all know and recognize each other. Parking lot is great. Landlord is responsive and easy to deal with.
Great businesses are located in this building. My only issue is people park in the lot that clearly are not visiting this building and taking up a lot of parking. I really wish they would sort that out.
My son went to pick up his glasses in this bldg. It was clean and quiet
