St Charles Barber College

I use to bring my son here all of the time. Needless to say that they have went down as far as the service. The staff aren't as friendly. I hadn't been there in quite a while. I took my son in today for a line up. The time was 1:06pm. The doors were locked. Someone finally came to the door and stated that they were closed. The manager's wife wasn't friendly and stated that they stop taking clients now at 12:30pm because the students have to leave. Ok that's fine, however this is misleading. If you shut things down at 12:30pm why not post that the closing time is 12:30pm or 1:00pm. You get what you pay for. I will just continue to go to to Regular barber.

They doubled their price from 8 to 15. I can go to great clips for $6 more get a good haircut, and not spend 1-2 hours in a barber chair. Haircuts should be FREE. We are helping your students with real world experience.

My Niece took my autistic son there today, and the man that was teaching the student barber that was going to cut his hair, was very rude and disrespectful towards my son and my Niece. He said very loudly that my son had lice. My son does not have lice, he has dandruff. My son very rarely leaves home and the one time he does, this man was so rude that now my son will not go anywhere. Will never ever go back to this place.

Those coupons they give out to families for FREE HAIRCUTS with zero stipulations printed on the coupons, they are for complete short shaves only. Drove all the way over to be turned away because "they don't do haircuts". If this place is willing to lie to their entire community to fake being supportive, then imagine how bad they must treat their students.

I haven't been to a barber in a long while and my hair was a lot to work with. Mr. Price and everyone at the college were very professional and kind. I can tell he takes pride in his work and teaching. I absolutely recommend SCBC to anyone and I truly appreciate the service.
