Sprinkle's Salt of the Earth

I have to brag a lot on Julie and Sprinkle’s Salt of the Earth in Sparta. My husband and I went in on Monday to see if it would really work to do some relaxing & detoxification after he’d been sick and couldn’t get his energy back. I’ve had a shoulder pain I just couldn’t shake,not unusual with fibromyalgia. Julie is a wealth of information and so sweet and kind. We’ve tried the salt cave, the sauna, the foot detox and today I did the red light therapy on my shoulder. WOW! We have felt so wonderful all week. Yesterday my husband took a fall pretty hard and was in pain. After the sauna today his pain was gone. My shoulder hasn’t hurt at all after my red light therapy. My husband and I had the flu in November and he is still having sinus issues. We both had a salt cabinet treatment today (his first) and feel so much better, sinuses are clearer, less congestion. I always have the best experience here and Julie is a kind and knowledgeable professional. Thank you!

This is becoming my favorite place! My girls get excited when I tell them we are going to the salt cave. It’s so relaxing and a great environment. Staff are so kind. This place is a hidden gem!

Our group of 6 loved our time in the salt room! Ashley was so welcoming and helpful throughout. Unique experience! Very relaxing and having contact with the salt really gives you a point of focus. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem!!! There are so many great healing, holistic services for mind, body, and soul. If you haven't checked them out yet, you need to! I drove 160 miles round trip and it was so worth it! Clean, friendly, AMAZING.
