I love this salon! I've been coming here for over 10 years and they never disappoint. The last 2 visits, I've been getting my nails done by the new manager Tiffany. She is so skilled at what she does! She's also very kind and patient, and like everyone else who works here, you can tell that customer service is very important to her. I never have any issues with the price that I pay because I always walk out overly satisfied and self care is a necessity to me.

I had a great experience here—the space was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and detail-oriented, and my manicure turned out flawless and long-lasting.

It was great as always. The employees are nice and very accommodating. They offer drinks and small complimentary snacks. My nails are so cute , and they have very affordable prices!

Pros: GREAT customer service. Free juice, coffee, soda. Talented techs who can do designs. Aesthetically pleasing. Opens at 9am. Point system for discounts. Very organized. Cons: Small parking lot in a very busy area.

I went to Springfield Nails for over 16 years, but stopped a few months ago. Every time I went, the price seemed to inch up without explanation. When I questioned it, I was told that the price was the same as it always was, but I know this wasn’t true because I keep records of all of my expenses. I never knew how much it was going to cost me during each visit. There were also a few times when my nails weren’t done right or I was charged extra for a nail that was supposedly “broken” when it was not, but whenever I mentioned anything to the owner, her responses were argumentative and dismissive.They also eliminated some previously included services, such as the moisturizing hand massage after nail refills. Pedicures were rushed; foot and leg massages became short and perfunctory. These were
