Helen did such a good job on my nails. She is kind, detailed, takes her time and gives a great pedi too!! Thanks for making my birthday even more better. Update: Unfortunately, the quality didn’t last. I went back 2-3 more times after this and each time 1 or more nails would fall off within the first three days. All they did was glue it back on. First of all, I didn’t pay for press on nails. Will not go back again. Waisted time and money after this initial visit.

THIS is where I am in my process. I arrived a little after 4:30 to this location, thinking I’d be able to come in get a pedicure and leave as I have 8:00PM Reservations for my sisters bday. I asked the woman sitting DIRECTLY to the left or me approximately how much longer id have to wait, the woman completely ignores me and continues to do the feet of the woman next to me. Acted as if I said nothing at all. I’m sitting here with wet feet, not even any of the additives, no one has come to say ANYTHING to me about how much longer it would be or who is doing what. And time continues to tick. I will decided if an update is required on the number of stars If/When I actually receive service. I am LIVID. A PEDICURE! That’s it!!
