I don’t usually write reviews, but this place absolutely earned it. From the second I walked in, the atmosphere hit me…calm, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Not the overly “perfumed” spa vibe you get in some places, but a clean, relaxing environment that feels like it was designed for people who actually need to unwind. My massage therapist was incredible. She knew exactly how to work out the tension without me even having to say much, and somehow managed to make the whole experience feel both professional and personal. You can tell they take pride in what they do… nothing rushed, nothing cookie-cutter. Just real attention to detail. By the time I walked out, my back felt lighter, my shoulders were actually sitting where they’re supposed to, and my mind was clearer than it’s been in month

I’ve been to several massage places in Springfield, and I can confidently say Spring Massage & Wellness stands out. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the massage professionals are truly top-notch. My wife and I were able to book a same-day couples massage with Maddie and Kezia, and it was phenomenal. I’d been dealing with sciatic pain for the last couple of weeks from weight training, and the pain was completely gone by the end of the session. Absolutely amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Wow! What an incredible experience visiting Spring Massage for the first time! The infrared sauna treatment made me feel INCREDIBLE! The temperature gets to 140 and they had chilled towels and water and cozy robes and towels. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The self-serve tea bar was so inviting too! Premium teas and fruit so you can end your relaxation session with a customized tea bag! I loved all the tea supplies and little gifts for sale in the lobby as well. They even send you out the door with a chocolate 🍫

My sister and I visited for the first time. Not knowing where to get a massage in Springfield we picked this business from great reviews. We thoroughly enjoyed our 90 minute massages with the hot stones. QUE WAS AMAZING!!🩵🫶🩷🫶💚🫶💙

To start with,I have had serious lower back injuries since the 1990s.... I was a UPS driver for 12 years of forklift driver multiple heavy lifting jobs and I have damaged my low back for the rest of my life. Also, I have been to spring massage and wellness before and I saw a different masseuse. I couldn't get an appointment with her this time so I tried Lisa L. Mistake. I came in and she tried to upsell me and I politely declined. When we first came in the massage room I told her, "I am not here for a pleasure massage; I am here for a therapeutic massage," "I am in pain." She just said oh, and didn't ask me where my pain was. She wanted to start working on my front part of my body. She again, didn't ask me where my pain was at, didn't offer to put a pillow underneath my knees for c
