SPOT cowork

Unhappy with inconsistent enforcement and what feels like favoritism. I was emailed about the volume of my calls and offered $100/month meeting-room credits, yet I’ve repeatedly observed louder behaviors on the main floor—people on speakerphone, members walking around while on calls, and the corner room next to the kitchen left open and noisy. Members in higher-tier offices regularly hold meetings with doors open. The response felt targeted at me rather than addressing the broader problem. I’ve canceled my membership and requested a refund for October; I wouldn’t recommend SPOT until rules are applied fairly to everyone.

I reached out in reply to a craigslist ad for shared space which I had been actively looking in the victor area for 6 weeks but found nothing sufficient. I was looking for something new and updated but affordable and flexible. Most offices require a long term lease, lots of various fees and the space was old and updated, especially in the Victor area. SPOT has been super easy to work with and the tenants in the building are respectful and friendly. Jim and team at SPOT have been flexible, made billing simple and easy and I would recommend this shared space to any person that works at home and wants an option to get out of the house or if you are looking for a more permanent workplace. The space is updated and offers great features like a kitchen, restrooms and lobby. I recommend SPOT

SPOT cowork is a great place to work and a nice community. Both day pass holders and members are respectful of the space, and the amenities are well maintained. The wifi is very fast, and there are nice kitchen areas, printer areas, and group work spaces. The management is very helpful and easy to work with to confirm you are using the best membership or package for your individual needs.

Great place to work in. Fast Wifi. Beautiful kitchen. Modern meeting rooms with whiteboards. Great staff. Clean space all around. Management works with you on what you need for office space/working environment. Best part is free coffee and tea 24/7. Also provides free electric charging. Could not ask for a better space. Also, you can get access to their Henrietta and Rochester locations.

This a great spot (get it???) to cowork if you want a quiet work space where people mostly keep to themselves. Good coffee, basic amenities (mugs, dishes, dishwasher, fridge, microwave) Justin, the manager, is stellar. My only complaint is the lighting on the first floor, where the open desks/cubicles are located. It is a little dark. It is brighter upstairs, but there aren’t many open desks there. The dedicated desks are in a great spot and all the offices seem adequate. Meeting rooms are also bright and seemingly well equipped
