Sport Nails

This place is kinda hidden I feel like and is definitely a hidden gem. I’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Helen that works here has been there for many years and is amazing, I always try to ask for her if I can — but the other people that work here are amazing too. Thank you Sports Nails and Helen especially for always treating me well!

I went to Sport Nails today with a friend and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with the screaming and crying of 4 young children that belonged to one of the nail techs. There was hair on the floor and trash everywhere in the building. As I was getting my nails done one of the children was injured as one of them climbed onto a cabinet and knocked the whole thing down on one of the girls (7 years), and then I watched the mother continue to beat and berate the 6 year old child who climbed on the cabinet, as well as cuss the child out and make all kinds of threats that I can’t even bring myself to repeat. In addition to that, my nails are so incredibly thick and uncomfortable, as well as blobby. These were supposed to be my engagement

Great service and they were very fast and I just love the gel polish selection they have.

The owner of this place is super nice and is a very talented nail artist. No complaints on my manicure or pedicure. However, sanitization here is definitely lacking. The floors were very dirty, and I saw tools being dropped in the ground then put back without being wiped off or cleaned. For these reasons, I will probably not be returning even though my nails turned out great.
