Sport Clips Haircuts of Yakima Orchards

Not even in the front, and not even in the back. I wasn’t expecting much, but they sent me home looking like “Special Jack” from the movie “Tropic Thunder”. EDIT: Sport Clips responded and said the store manager reached out and is making things right with me. That is a lie. I have not been contacted by anybody. Even if I did receive an offer to make things right, I would just want a refund. It’d be a poor choice for me to ever go back for a haircut at this business.

From a messy mullet to an absolute MASTERPIECE (I can't read cursive so the name of the lady that did my hair is in the picture below) Didn't get mad or sighed about what I wanted, was super nice, and gave me a free drink. Best place ever. I will get my hair cut from her everytime. 100/100 stars

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Sports Clips. I specifically asked for a small trim, nothing too short. I said scissors for most of it and only a tiny bit of trimmers on the sides. I made it clear I wanted it to look slightly overgrown and natural. She even said, “Oh, you’re going for the overgrown look,” so I thought we were on the same page. I also said I wanted my bangs to come down to about the middle of my forehead. She told me that because my hair is wavy, she was going to cut it a little shorter. I said okay, trusting that as the professional she knew best, but that ended up being a mistake. NICOLE is fantastic stylist. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to meeting my needs. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated their clear communication throughout the process. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for stylist service or product knowledge. I have problem or request shes tells me what i can do to help style or soothe my head. 1. This location charges me a different price every time I go here. (-1 Star): I don’t get a standard cut, just a cleanup of sideburns and neck.. I’m in the chair for maybe 8 minutes. Typically I’m charged $10-15 (it’s always a different price) and I’ll tip either $10-15. I’m used to paying $28 for this service (before tip) in the city so $25 total in Yakima seems like a win-win for me and the stylist. My last trip here, which was indeed my LAST visit, I was charged $32.. make it make sense. 2. I’ve never had a bad customer experience here… until my most recent visit. (-1 Star).
