Jessica was terrific. She took the time to make sure to explain how everything works and that I was satisfied with my cut. She explained how the app works. Went above and beyond. I found my new spot at the Woodstock location. The mvp service is great as well.

Called ahead about 15 minutes and spoke with one associate. Asked about an appointment and pricing to which she was knowledgeable and replied it was "Walk-in" only. I went at about 4 in the afternoon on a Thursday. Signed in with the touch pad and was only able to sit for about 30 seconds until getting called for a cut. April was very skillful and quick to get the job done in a professional manner while also engaging in conversation throughout the cut. Hopefully her dog recovers.
