Sport Clips Haircuts of White Oak Crossing - Garner

After asking for a couple adjustments Olga said she'd have to charge me for another haircut. I only asked her to go a little shorter on the sides. I went to Great Clips, and they fixed it in 2 minutes with no complaining and no attitude. Most of my visits at this location it was very hard to get a good haircut. They either forgot what I asked them to do, or didn't know how to do it. Will not come back.

Horrible service. Arrived at 10:02 for fist available. Was told “on deck”, twice, with the first on deck happening at 10:15. Got pushed back 3 times. Ended up leaving at 10:38 without a haircut. By far worst SportsClips I have been to. Needs new management, as I have seen most of the recent reviews have had similar issues. It’s always great to see management hit you with the generic BS “we value your opinion” line without doing anything to change practices or make up for the service.

We have had great experiences with other stylist but we received a haircut from Danielle and she didn’t tell us she accidentally cut down to the skin on our child during the service. We noticed the patch after we left. We monitor our child closely who sits still and is polite to ensure this doesn’t happen. Unfortunately, after 4 weeks the spot has not grown back and has doubled in size which has led us to need to seek medical care. We’ve left a corporate review but not a single person has reached out to us.

I've been getting my hair cut here for years. This location is always very clean organized with an attentive staff. Stylists come and go but I always get a great haircut for reasonable price. And the MVP is a great addition.

My stylist was wonderful. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she matched it perfectly. Everyone is complimenting me on my haircut!
