Said there was zero wait. Walked in (1/20/26 around 9:30). No one in the store. Waited for 5 mins no one came up. Plus they charge extra to cut in a hard part. Go to hampstead instead its way better

First time was okay, but the second time getting a haircut here was a disaster and I will not return. Thanks to Chris, I had to come home and fix everything myself. The nape of my neck was literally an inch higher on one side and halfway up the back of my head, I had a long 2-3" cut on my neck, long stray hairs everywhere - including around my ear, there was no fade from the sides to the top of my head, etc etc. Ray Charles could have done a better job with my simple men's crew cut.

Great for back to school haircuts. My son loves the pampering message and hot towel steam. Good with glippers shaving / fading making neck clean. Most hair stylist are young but knowledgeable . A little pricey but worth it. I usually sign up online which can be frustrating because there's usually a wait ,but lucky today we walked Inn around 4pm and and was seen withing 5 minutes but then they got busy.

Great place, great haircut, amazing stylist Jenna!! When the professional homemaker gets her turn in the chair and just needs something easy, something different, something new but has no idea what to ask for and just asks for help...you get a delightful surprise that makes you feel lighter, more updated, and maybe a little younger but you leave with a joyful tear in your eye because you felt seen, heard, and cared for. It really is amazing; the positive influence of a great haircut really does lift your soul to a different level. Thank you x1,000,000,000,000 for doing that for me, Jenna!! It was very much needed!😁
