I was so pleasantly surprized! Olivia who cut my hair was great and listened to exactly what I want done! The haircut itself 20/10, the service fantatistic. And best of all an affordable haircut. The other hairdressers in the salon only add to the experience. They ask each others opinions on the styling and that makes you feel even more cared for and not just a number that is being rushed through. Great spot!

If i could give more stars I would. I highly recommend Sport Clips of Westbrook. Went in to get my 6 year old sons haircut and normally he wants me right by his side during the whole process. Lauren made the entire experience amazing for my son to the point he yelled at me to go in the lobby to sit. Lauren was amazing and did an amazing job. Will be going back in 8 weeks to get my son's haircut again!

I was disappointed with my experience. The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere, but the customer service was lacking. I sat down to wait for my turn and one of the signs that was not secured properly with tape fell on my head. Two hair stylists were at the desk looked at me and ignored what happened. The customer whom they were helping asked me if I was okay, but not the stylists. I was called to get my hair done, and the stylists needs to improve upon her consultation. I said I wanted a trim. She never asked me how much I wanted to remove or if I wanted a shamoo, which I did. I understand this salon is geared towards men, but they do advertise to accept women too and I like the sports theme. The haircut was ok, but my experience was poor and I will not be back. I felt like I was so

The stylists at Sports Clips at Rock Row in Westbrook are a notch above all the rest. I love the way they all keep notes and add to the computer so that the next stylist will know what has worked best for the client. They are all very professional and caring. I like the way that they recommend products but do not push you into buying any products.

This is my daughter's new favorite place to get her hair done at. She got her hair done the night before graduation. Thank you so much for making my daughter feel more confident walking across that stage. It is a nice set up too. Thank you to the 2 woman working that night. I'm very thankful for you both being there and open. We will be back...
