I was told the wait would be 122 minutes and I took my chances. I got in quickly because I was already in the store. There was a friendly atmosphere among the customers and employees, which made the wait go faster. The hair stylist understood what I wanted in a hair cut and did just that. My wife likes my haircut and I will be going back.

I've been taking my boys to sports clips since last year and have always had a great experience, especially with Kara and Colleen! We love them. But today was very different. My youngest wanted a trim (short on sides, little longer on top and lightening bolts on the sides). This has always been his cut and it's always come out great with other stylist. He had Chrissy today, who is very nice but left my son with a bald spot while trying to do 1 of the lightening bolts and the bald one was right about his ear when the other was a little higher up and barely noticable but much neater. When he was finished, I said politely, it looks like a bald spot. She said that's how it's done and she did 2 different types of bolts.
