Such a great experience. I walked in with my 15-month-old son without an appointment and was helped immediately. Our hairdresser was incredibly sweet and engaging with him, which instantly put him at ease, but also moved quickly (which any parent of a toddler knows is key). The haircut was fast, stress-free, and turned out great — our little guy looked so handsome when it was done. Overall, it was an easy, frictionless experience, and we loved it. We’ll definitely be back.

Easy sign up, service was fast and friendly even though they were busy. Can’t beat the hot towel and massage. My kids loved the wash too.

Got a beard trim. The clipper made cuts along the neck. I let the stylist know that the clipper is hurting and had her change it. Once it was done, I looked at it close-up to see these cuts. Instead of an apology , I was told ‘maybe you scratched it’. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Bad neighbor to VCA Encina Emergency Pet Hospital!!! This Sport Clips location accepted a delivery that blocked the driveway to the pet hospital for 20 minutes on Friday, 8/16 from around 10:40 to 11:00 am. The driver from Now Delivery Service should’ve been told to pull up parallel to the building where deliveries are meant to take place and where trash collection happens. Instead, pet owners were made to drive through a busy shopping center to get to the emergency pet hospital, which has been there longer than this Sport Clips location. If you’re a pet owner, know that management of this location doesn’t value the health and safety of your animals.

Been here lots, the place is fine - but the people here literally don’t realize sports exist. I want to come on a Sunday and still catch football games and they’ll have garbage like American Ninja Warrior or unimportant College basketball on instead of NFL games. Ridiculous.
