I've been coming to SportClips for a while and I always get fantastic service. Today, my stylist Elsie went above and beyond to make my visit top notch. This is the first time I've ever been offered beard care (or in my case, shaving it completely off, lol) at any establishment and it was so convenient and such a nice experience. I'm really glad Elsie offered it because I'll probably request it from now on. The MVP is always the way to go. Self-care and grooming are so important, so why not get the best experience? I’ve been getting my hair cut by Kerri at Sport Clips for 3 years now and she is truly exceptional. Not only is she super personable and friendly, but she strikes the perfect balance between a quick haircut and one that is extremely detailed and meticulously done. You never feel rushed, yet you’re in and out efficiently with a cut that looks great every single time. As the manager, she clearly sets the tone for the shop; warm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on customer experience. Highly recommend!

Honestly, usually very professional when Cari (hope that is correct spelling) is there. But when she’s not running the place, it is not the same experience. I have come here consistently for 3+ years, and each time she’s not there, they fumble the ball. I have now had 3 separate occasions over those 3 years where I have had my spot in line taken by a stylist and wait times increased because the stylist that was available, chose to take someone ahead of me when I chose 1st available. Short staffing is not an excuse. This time Latisha took someone who had an estimated 25min wait time, ahead of me because I chose 1st available, and he specifically chose her, because another stylist was coming in, pushing my wait time back another 25min. I've been looking for someone to cut my hair regularly for ages. All I need is a basic buzz cut and beard trim. But finding someone who knows how to make that look good was a nightmare. Until I walked in here and found Elsie. Shes a wizard with the clipper and has a vision that makes me look and feel good. I visit her twice a month and twice a month I walk out of there with confidence. Look good, feel good. And Elsie makes me look good. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Sports Clips is awesome! They keep notes on your style, and you can sign up with the app that holds your spot in line. No time wasted, no awkward waiting to get to your barber, just efficiency.
