Sport Clips Haircuts of Tyler - Troup Square Shopping Center

My hair has never felt so soft and healthy. I mean I take good care of my hair but Shirmara really took care of me. She explained everything she did and what products she used not only was it a great haircut it was a great experience I think I found the person im going to use everytime I go to sportsclips. I will most definitely recommend her to everyone I know.

I recently went to a black tie event and my wife wanted me to go get a haircut some place else. I hated the experience. Wasn’t treated with anything resembling customer service and the haircut was terrible. And I paid double what I normally would spend at this store. I got my haircut at this store a couple days ago and Sarah was great! I got a nice haircut again. I was treated like my patronage mattered. She was informative about some recommendations that I had not heard before. I left feeling like my money was well spent. Oh and if you are a Veteran that matters to this company.

Staff is very friendly always! Every time I come in they have a smile on their face and keep a conversation going. It was nice when I came in for my second visit to find that the hair stylist took notes so she knew exactly what I wanted the next time I came in.

Disappointingly, my experiences here continue to decline and I will no longer be a customer here. I’ve solely used sport clips for myself and kiddos for years, getting the MVP services. Unfortunately the experience has went from great to sub par, and now to I was angry when I left. Never in my life have I received a dry cut with scissors on the top until the last 2 times here. Dry cuts are UNBEARABLE. You can’t breathe and there is no way to make sure the hair is even. That leads to today. By the time I left, I was so incredibly uncomfortable that I would have and literally did pay to leave that place, forgoing the normal wash / MVP services I normally get. Hair flying everywhere to the point the stylist made the statement “I got hair in my mouth”. Before this, every stylist was super a
