I called to ask about an appointment and I was told they don’t do appointments but I could check in online. I did that and it said a wait time of just less than 40 minutes. I got to the shop and as I was waiting many people came in and said they had appointments. Every time they did their name was added to the list ahead of mine and others which then showed an increase to my wait time on the list. One time specifically I was next in line when 2 guys walked in and said they had appointments and the desk told them they didn’t have anything written down. They ended up putting both names on the list ahead of mine and took them back. I don’t think it’s right that only some customers can make appointments and those appointments aren’t calculated into the list and the waiting time. The less than

Jenna is great! My son who has hated getting his haircut now loves it and can sit there without crying. Jenna is patient, kind and understanding.

Love this location! All the girls are so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They make my 7 year old comfortable and listen to how we want the cut. You also can’t beat signing up online and showing up 5 mins before your name is called!

Went to get a haircut since I finally had some time to myself, had Jaclene take care of me and it's been a very long time someone was that attentive and focused. everyone went amazing and I hope to get her again.
