This is the third time we have gone to get our son’s hair cut. We asked for a medium fade, showed and agreed on pictures of a medium fade. 30 seconds in, she has it shaved down to the skin 1 1/2 inches above his eyebrows. We said barely anything off the top and over an inch was taken off the crown. I was devastated, and it just kept looking worse as she went on. I had to walk out and have my husband stay while she finished. What was cut off can’t be put back. My child now looks like a character off Peaky Blinders right before school. Thanks so much for once again ruining our kid’s hair. Update - had a new person cut my husbands hair…awful. Just don’t go 😭 I don’t know what they did but it’s not even close to what he asked for! Messed up everything and had to have someone fix it ten tim

So we have been going here for normal cuts for a few years now & usually all the fades are actually faded and the lines are straight and even . Today my son walked out looking like the photos shown the lines aren’t even nor straight and the fade looks more like a buzz cut. To me if you can’t even get a simple fade right you shouldn’t be working there ! So now my son will be going to school with this hair cut on his first day until it grows out!!!!! & don’t worry we WILL NOT be back.
