Mandy always does a great job! Always gets the cut exactly perfect even when my feedback is meandering and somewhat confusing. She is intuitive and professional. Great experience each time I go. Inviting and friendly, even on a busy day.

The lady working there was impatient with me when I was looking at the schedule screen. I was there with a friend. I couldn't see the appointment, so I wondered out loud where my friend's was. She didn't like that, and snapped at me that I needed to wait for her to finish helping the other customer. I told her that I was just talking to myself, I wasn't even near her or looking at her, but she defended herself saying I was looking at her when I spoke. It doesn't matter, I sat down to wait. The haircut was good. The vibe was not.

I’ve been coming here for years to get my hair cut for years and every time i have used the mobile app to time my place in line to align with when I am finished at work so that I ca have my hair cut shortly after work. This time was no different, I showed up with a few minutes to spare and was on deck to have my hair cut. Shortly after I sat down, another customer who had also wanted to get their hair cut came into the shop as well. Apparently this customer had been outside for some time and had not understood how the mobile app works. Because of this, they chose to cut this customers hair before me, even though I was next in line because I had checked in 30 minutes earlier on the app. This unfortunately made me upset, why should my even schedule be rearranged because another customer doe

I have never heard more foul language in my life. I go to the medical clinic next door to see my doctor, the women at the front desk were talking loudly about past customers and their boss in really explicit ways. The buildings share a wall and they were so loud I heard the F-word at least 40 times during my 30 minute appointment. I love my doctor, but I can’t go to the clinic if all I hear is the F-word used in 30 different ways. It was so bad that the medical assistant went over during my appointment and had to ask them to kindly clean their language up or at least talk in a different corner of the building.
